FORGED CARBON
Forged marbled carbon fiber
Marbled carbon has always been my favorite carbon fiber variation — unpredictable, layered, and alive with movement. There’s nothing else like it. Unlike traditional flat-layered twill, this ring is made from compressed, multidirectional strands, creating a chaotic flow pattern that makes every piece unique.
Every bit of it is hand made. The raw materials are made here in the United States in very small batches - engineered to an 85% density making it one of the strongest composite materials in the industry. Though not truly forged, in order to get such density the material is put under extreme pressure exceeding 10,000psi. Neat huh?
This process doesn’t just look appealing — it produces a material that’s incredibly strong, impact-resistant, and feather-light. For me, this ring represents a turning point — the moment I knew marbled carbon would become a staple in my shop.
If you love carbon fiber as much as I do, you will truly appreciate this one.
