Processing Time
(PLEASE SEE FAQ'S) You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been packaged ready to ship.
If you checkout using Affirm, you’ll receive a separate purchase confirmation email directly from them.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (USA): Once your order has shipped and you receive confirmation of transit, delivery is typically estimated within 2–5 business days. Please note that carriers such as UPS may occasionally hold packages until the next business day, or delay delivery over weekends and holidays. These factors are outside of my control.

International: Once your order has shipped and you receive confirmation of transit, delivery is typically estimated within 7–14 business days. Transit times may vary due to customs processing or international carrier delays. Once your package has left the United States, tracking updates and delivery are handled by the destination country’s postal or customs services. At that point, I have no control over transit times, customs inspections, or delays.

We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is chosen based on speed, cost, and your location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. If you choose not to pay the required import duties, taxes, or fees and the package is refused or abandoned, THE LOUIE BRAND is not responsible for the loss. In such cases, no refunds or replacements will be issued, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Lost or Damaged Packages
THE LOUIE BRAND is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me right away so I can help file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Signature Required Deliveries
For certain orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If a package is not accepted and is returned to THE LOUIE BRAND, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package. Shipping costs will not be covered by THE LOUIE BRAND in these cases. Meaning, you will be required to pay shipping back to you. Please also note that, as outlined in our Terms of Service, returns are not accepted - therefore, refusing or denying a package does not qualify as a return.
