TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Every ring from THE LOUIE BRAND is individually handcrafted, made to order, and designed around unique materials and personal details. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, please review the following terms:

  • Agreement to Terms
    By completing your purchase, you confirm that you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below. 

  • 48-Hour Cancellation Window
    Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this grace period, materials are sourced and production begins. At that point, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Final Sale
    After 48 hours, all orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason.

  • Craftsmanship Guarantee
    Every ring comes with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship, except for rings made with money shreds, resin, or wood (those materials are more delicate and must be handled with care).

  • Normal Variations
    Variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

  • Sizing Responsibility
    Please be sure of your ring size before ordering. I will use the size listed on your invoice unless you request a change and I confirm it before I begin crafting.

  • Resize & Remake Policy

    • Resizing: $20–$40 plus shipping, depending on material and style.

    • Carbon fiber rings with worn exteriors: full rebuilds available for $175 (where applicable), including return shipping.

  • Communication and updates
    If you need assistance, I am very easy to get a hold of - but just know that I am a one-man shop and most of my time goes into making rings, not emailing updates.
